What's new?

A new Generate File automation step is now available in Bullhorn Automation. This step works alongside Amplify Present to automatically create a polished, professional document from an Amplify Present template using the candidate's record data. The generated file is then saved to the candidate record.

Why does it matter?

This allows you to generate Amplify Present documents in bulk or automatically for new candidates as soon as they are added, without needing to manually open a record in Bullhorn ATS.

How do I enable this?

This step is automatically available for all Amplify customers. To use it, add the Generate File step to a Candidate, Submission, and Placement-based automation and select the Amplify Present template you want to use. For full setup instructions, see Adding and Configuring the Generate File Step.
